It took me years to embrace who I am and discover my purpose. I needed significant support and healing to turn inward and accept myself without fear of not fitting in or facing judgment. Learning to appreciate my unique gifts as a form of medicine has allowed me to honor my authentic self and find joy in sharing with my community.
Today, I pursue my passions by Storytelling, collaborating with artist on books, singing, songwriting, mentoring, guiding ceremonial wilderness experiences, and providing organizational consulting. Each of these activities highlights my natural abilities and brings me immense joy.
